I stayed with my sister and brother-in-law in this hotel. The room is very beautiful. The staff is 10/10. The view of the mountain is breathtaking and the spa was great. My dog was treated well. The additional bed on the room was small. I would feel more respected if the bar and restaurant checks were not handed to the man on the table but put on the middle of the table instead. Men are not the only providers nowadays. It was very sweet to have water and chocolate waiting for us in the cleaned room after dinner but the good night card with details with next day weather forecast and etc. were also directed to the man in our group even though he was not the only one organising/paying the trip. I loved this place, I had a wonderful time staying at the hotel and I do want to come back and that is why I am taking the time to write this review.

Great experience, Hotel had a lot to offer and I met some great people on this trip. It was the perfect resort to rest after some hard training.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cristallo and one of the best meals on our trip. The concierge was very helpful in communicating with the courier from the airline that delayed my luggage. When they arrived to deliver it, we were not there, and Giovanni sent me a text and confirmed the first bag they were going to leave was NOT mine, he sorted it out and sent me a picture of my luggage. I was thrilled. Our room was very comfortable and we had a fabulous view from our window. The outdoor hot tub is wonderful and has a killer view. The indoor pool and hot tub are lovely as well. The shuttle into town is convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience staying here after 4 nights backpacking. Their hydrotherapy facility is fantastic. Pool, hot tub, dry and wet sauna, different hydrotherapy/aromatherapy stations. My body was fully rejuvenated and ready to go back to roughing-it in the mountains. I will add that breakfast and dinner we’re also fantastic.

Excellent service and attention to the guests. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are clean and spacious. There's no A/C but they have fans or heaters available upon request. The facilities felt dated but timeless. We stood in a few hotels during our trip to Italy and this was the only one with an actual gym (machines, weights, etc). The hotel is about 10-15 minute walk to downtown but they offer a free shuttle that takes you there. The breakfast was good but not extraordinary; there was a wide variety of yogurt, meats, cheeses and breads as well as some a la carte options. OVERALL: 4.5/5. Self-parking outside should be free.

Beautiful property with stunning mountain views from the pool, breakfast room, bar, etc. However not all rooms have a view. We got upgraded to a suite which (despite being very nice with a sitting room) had no view. Also worth noting that there is no AC, but they will bring you a Dyson fan if you ask for it. Breakfast buffet is nice with an assortment of cheeses, nuts, yogurt as well as hot foods like scrambled eggs and sausages. Location is a little removed from town center (about 10 min walk) but the hotel offers shuttles. Parking is extra charge as would be expected.

Best in cortina d’Ampezzo. The hotel is a bit tired. Breakfast is great. Service is very friendly. Gym is one of the best equipped hotel gyms that I’ve been - spacious and well equipped. I wished there’s humidifier in the room. W heating, the rooms are extremely dry.

We stayed for 5 days in June and loved it. The staff is very friendly and made our stay unforgettable, everyone really care about the detail, from the reception, concierge, valet parking up to the service in the restaurant - it is 5 stars, and the restaurant especially- you’ll get exclusive food, great wine and a restaurant Team that is there for you. Location from the hotel is great as well if you want to go hiking in the mountains and last but not least we recommend to visit the Spa. We’ll definitely come back again.
